Sweet corn is this year's vegetable of the year! Celebrate the glory of sweet corn with a Minnesota take on flavorful TexMex dishes!
The educational program will include:
- Success with sweet corn in northern Minnesota
- Summer growing season wrap-up
- Fall gardening essentials--getting ready for next year
Event registration includes:
- Sampling MinnMex Dishes, prepared by St. Louis County Master Gardeners
- Corn Dish Contest--OPEN TO ALL; with special celebrity judges
- Pressure canner gauge testing--bring your lid/gauge
